Move the blade forward and backward when oil quenching it to prevent warping. You can have a layer of baking soda on top of the olive oil to prevent it from bursting into flames.
Temper the blade used in the necessary tempering scale, and then polish it.
The final process is to sharpen the knife, but remember to do it carefully as it is also an art. Don’t be in a rush.
